I went on a trip and everything here was very good. I have stayed in suite with a queen size sofa bed, a view on the Manhattan skyline, for example for 7 nights. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were an advantage.

Its excellent, central location was a plus. The room was huge and contemporary with natural products, and I slept very well.

we were recommended the hotel in brooklyn by a family member and we are thrilled we followed their advice. the customer service was outstanding, especially when my mother had to be rushed to the hospital during our stay. the staff were incredibly supportive and accommodating, and even matched the rate we were paying for the additional days we had to stay, which was a fantastic deal. the location was convenient, the bed was really comfy, and the modern decor of the room was lovely. we also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, particularly ashley, john, and jonathan, and the complimentary cold bottled water was a super plus for us. overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience during a difficult time.

Reasonably priced, perfectly clean and updated rooms with the showers and good design bathroom, for instance. Good and unbeatable location close to great attractions with views over the skyline of Manhattan.

Great way to end our trip. Luxurious and impeccably clean place, beautiful view of the skyline. A TV set, a mini fridge, and a writing desk in the room and the good bed. Clean restaurant and downstairs bar on-site.

The location was perfect, right on the Avenue, and we were pleasantly surprised by how luxurious and comfortable the rooms were. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent room service, car hire, and dry cleaning services. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a safe. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV added to the overall comfort of our stay. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were also great for grabbing a bite to eat or a drink.

For families looking for a great place to stay, we highly recommend this hotel.

The place is spotless, the room is tastefully decorated, the staff is accommodating and attentive. The location of the hotel is favourable and ideal, in a beautiful setting and walk from a subway station. Brooklyn district definitely deserves exploring. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is great. I would come here again, loved my very lovely stay.

We got a room with walk-in showers. The location was ideal for traveling around New York City, close enough to Brooklyn. Have stayed here many times and would stay there again.
